Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 8:30 am–6:30 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Garland is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Garland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had such a great experience at Quick Oil Depot! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and super efficient. They got my oil change done quickly without making me feel rushed, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done to my car. The staff was honest, respectful, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, affordable, and stress-free. It’s hard to find places you can genuinely trust with your car, but this is definitely one of them. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Quick Oil Depot to friends and family! 🚗 much love xoxo

Quick Oil Depot is hands down the best — I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They made the entire process so easy and smooth from start to finish. Their prices are great, and the level of customer care is unmatched. Rania helped me out so well and made sure everything was taken care of. She was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Whoever put Rania in charge is a genius — she truly elevates the whole experience. Highly, highly recommend!

This is the place! My family has been coming here for a long time. My grandpa trusted this location and as most families would agree, you trust grandpa's opinion on good mechanics. It's a Garland gem. Perfect place for inspections and oil changes, they get the job done fast and do it right. There's no hustling you or trying to get you to pay more, so perfect for busy moms trying to take care of their vehicle. Last oil change I had, I had an issue with my oil light coming on after I got the oil change done so I called and it was almost closing time and the owner said he would wait for me to get there. Him and his crew stayed after hours to help make sure everything was safe. They fixed the issue and explained everything to me. Highly recommend coming here!

Because the owner is kind and professional, he has built a reliable business to service our area's vehicles, provide State inspections, and provide regular maintainance services for fluid changes, etc. The staff is reliable and attentive in their duties. My wife's and my personal vehicles are both kept running well through regular oil changes. Quick Oil Depot has the oil filters and offers a full variety of standard and synthetic oils to match your car or truck's requirements. They perform their services quickly and affordably every single time. This is the place to take good care of your vehicle in the Garland and Rowlett area.
